SUPPLY & CONSTRUCTION OF ONE NO. 300/33/11 KV SUB-STATIONS -FOR OLEFINS II PROJECT AT AL-SHUIABA - KUWAIT

Equate Petrochemical Company came at the beginning of 2006 to launch a tender that included the supply and installation of a 300/33/11 K.V substation for the second olefins complex project, as this station is responsible for serving the second olefins complex project.

Where the bid was awarded to IBB Company as the main contractor and Ali Al Sayegh Contracting Company was also approved as a contractor for civil works due to its expertise, skills, accreditations from state ministries, an honorable history, and offering the best prices in carrying out civil works and building electrical stations, considering the time factor for delivery at the times specified by the Ministry.

Indeed, the contract was signed in January 2006 between both companies, and the civil works for the project began at the beginning of May 2006. The entire required civil works inside the station were completed to the fullest and required form in April 2007.

And the company has proven the actual capacity that it has from the expertise it depends on. In an implementation with high efficiency, the station was commissioned, entered service, and connected to the public network of the State of Kuwait.
