CONTRACT NO. (MEW/C/4729-2013/2014) SUPPLY & INSTALLATION OF JABER AL-AHMED "AY" 300/132/11 KV SUB-STATION

The Ministry of Electricity and Water has issued Tender No. MEW/C/4729-2013/2014 , contains the supply and installation of the main transfer station 300/132/11 K.V - Jaber Al-Ahmad (AY) area.

The bid was awarded to Siemens the German company, as the main contractor, and Ali Al Sayegh Contracting Company was approved as a contractor for civil works, because of its honorable history of successful and distinguished projects in implementation, experience, efficiency, and approvals from state ministries.

Indeed, the contract was signed between the German Siemens and Ali Al-Sayegh Contracting after the approval of the Ministry of Electricity and Water, and the civil works on the project were completed, which enabled us to obtain a concession evaluation from the Ministry of Electricity and Water in implementing the project to the fullest.

When the Jaber Al-Ahmad residential area was established, it was necessary to connect the electrical current to the area to construct several electricity stations with a capacity of 11 K.V This resulted in the need to construct a station with a capacity of 300/132/100 K.V to connect it with the rest of the stations to be able to connect between the stations located in that area.
